A full map of your cargo’s journey — from request to handover. We show what physically happens at each stage, who is responsible for it and what you see at that moment.
You see the goods in photos before dispatch and pay the price fixed in the contract. Below is every step, with the party responsible and a clear “what the client sees” marker.
From the product link to your door or pickup point. Stages 4–7 are covered in more detail on dedicated pages — links at the end.
Who does it: you + your manager. You send a product link or description and the country on Telegram, and we quote the cost of the goods and delivery. What you see: a “goods + delivery + clearance” estimate and a reply within 2 hours during working hours.
Who does it: us (our Chinese legal entity in Foshan). After confirmation we purchase the goods: we pay the supplier’s invoice locally, in yuan, inside China. What you see: confirmation of the purchase and the price fixed in the contract.
Who does it: the warehouse in Foshan. The goods arrive at our warehouse, we verify the model, quantity and contents and photograph every item. What you see: a “what arrived at the warehouse” photo report — mismatches and defects are caught here, before dispatch.
Who does it: the warehouse in Foshan. We combine your orders from different marketplaces into a single shipment, with reinforced packaging or crating if needed. Free storage for up to 30 days. What you see: the assembled batch and its weight/volume before dispatch. More on the “Consolidation” page.
Who does it: us + you. We match the mode to your urgency, weight and budget — air, road, rail or sea — and the right clearance scheme (cargo or formal with VAT). What you see: the chosen mode, an estimated timeframe and the start of the cargo’s movement. More under “Delivery modes”.
Who does it: the carrier and the broker. The cargo crosses the border (Khorgos/Dostyk, Irkeshtam/Torugart, etc.) and clears customs. For businesses — DT (EAEU) / GTD (Uzbekistan), VAT, certification. What you see: a “at customs / at the border” status. More under “Customs”.
Who does it: us + the local carrier. We deliver to your door or to a pickup point in your city. For cargo, pay on delivery is available — on receipt or before dispatch from the warehouse in the nearest city. What you see: in-country tracking and the final handover.
This is how the journey looks in tracking. Your manager confirms each status — we notify you of the key transitions ourselves, so you don’t have to ask.
A personal account and an automatic carrier tracking number are in development. For now your manager sends statuses and photos on Telegram. (to be confirmed)
We photograph every order on arrival — no buying a pig in a poke.
The cost of the goods and delivery is fixed before dispatch — the final amount is not changed after the fact.
You can pay on receipt of the goods or before they are dispatched from the warehouse in the city nearest you.
One manager handles your order from quote to delivery — no handing off between departments.
Send a link and the country — we will quote the cost and timeframe.
