Categories flagged “full official clearance” for lawful sale (especially on marketplaces) require a contract, a customs declaration, certification (EAC in the EAEU / Asl Belgisi in Uzbekistan) and VAT. We handle this for businesses. It is available for all delivery countries; it is not included in the shipping rate and is calculated separately.
Check the list before ordering. Some goods cannot be shipped at all; others only by prior approval. If in doubt, ask your manager before paying.
Most consumer goods ship with no restrictions on any route (air, road, rail, sea): clothing and footwear, accessories, home goods, tableware, textiles, furniture, stationery, electronics without large batteries. The restrictions below apply only to dangerous and regulated cargo — borderline items we ship by prior approval with your manager.
For such cargo, alternative routes (road / rail / sea) are often available — your manager will advise.
Ordinary goods ship by rail as standard. What can’t go by air (lithium, flammable liquids, aerosols, magnets) often clears by rail or road. Dangerous and regulated cargo — by prior approval with your manager.
Sea is the cheapest channel for large, non-time-critical shipments (long transit). Ordinary goods ship as standard; dangerous and regulated cargo — by prior approval with your manager.
Branded / genuine goods: importing the original is possible, but the formal channel requires documents (often the rights holder’s authorization / an official channel) — depends on the destination. (Requires confirmation.)
On the official (formal) channel with a customs declaration, replicas are not cleared — high risk of seizure for trademark infringement. On cargo, feasibility depends on the route, method and customs risks — the policy for a specific item is confirmed by your manager. (Requires confirmation — unified company policy; recommendation: on the formal channel — decline.)
