What to choose: An order for yourself or a small batch — go simplified (cargo); purchasing through a company, VAT, tenders, retail, or a marketplace requiring full documentation — go full official clearance.
Full official clearance is available for all delivery destinations; it is not included in the shipping rate — standard clearance rates are calculated separately.
For private recipients, clearance is handled under a simplified scheme and is already included in the delivery price — both in the EAEU countries (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan) and in Uzbekistan. Goods arrive already officially cleared: you don’t need to file declarations or handle duties yourself.
It works the same way across all destinations — whether or not the country is part of the EAEU. You receive a ready order, and we take care of customs clearance.
Cargo: consolidated shipment, minimal paperwork, payment by weight/volume. Simplified clearance is included in the price — goods arrive already officially cleared.
Commercial import by declaration: DT (EAEU) / GTD (UZ), duty by HS code, VAT recoverable for VAT payers, EAC / Asl Belgisi certification.
